Your interest rate

Please be assured that your interest rate and type of rate haven’t changed as a result of your mortgage moving to us.

The interest rate that applies to your mortgage will depend on the original product deal that you took out. However, the interest rate may have been altered if any product changes have been applied to your account since that date.

Interest rate changes

Going forward, any changes in your interest rate will be in line with your mortgage offer and terms and conditions.  If your interest rate changes, we’ll write to you at least four working days before any change is made to your required monthly payment.
