Our festive opening times

If you need to call us over the festive holiday period, please see our opening times below.

If you need to contact us to make a payment this month, we must receive your payment before the end of December. Please read the information below about the deadlines for sending your payment to us. If we don’t receive your monthly payment by the end of December, your account may fall into arrears, which could harm your credit file.

If you’re worried about making your monthly payments, please call us and we’ll try to help. Simply talking to us won’t affect your credit file – and the sooner you get in touch the better, as there are often more ways we can help.

Making your payments

If you don’t pay by Direct Debit, please check the payment deadlines below. If you don’t send your payment by the times indicated below, your account could fall into arrears, and that may harm your credit file.

  • Online bank transfer Please ensure that you complete your transfer before 1.45pm on Wednesday, December 31. This should allow sufficient time for the payment to reach us by 3.45pm. If we don’t receive the payment by 3:45pm, it won’t be applied to your account until the next working day, and your account could fall into arrears.
  • Using Self-Serve If you use Self-Serve to pay by debit card, you’ll need to make your payment before 9pm on Wednesday December 31, or it won’t be applied to your account until the following day, and your account could fall into arrears. Payments made after 9pm on weekdays (including bank holidays) or after 5pm on Saturday or Sunday are applied to your account the following day.
  • Call us If you call us to pay by debit card you will be able to use our automated payment service to make a payment until 9pm on Wednesday, December 31. However, if you need to speak to an agent to make your payment, you must call us earlier – please check our festive opening hours above.
  • Cheque If you’re sending us your monthly payment by cheque, please allow eight working days for postage and the payment to be applied to your account. Please make your cheque payable to Heliodor Mortgages and write your mortgage account number on the back of it.
